• Local 17 Heat and Frost Insulators Taps BVM Associates and Englewood Construction for New Headquarters in Tinley Park
  Lemont, Ill.- based Englewood Construction, a national commercial general contractor, has begun construction on the new headquarters for Local 17 International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators. Located at 18590 Spring Creek Drive in Tinley Park, Ill., Local 17's new 30,000-square-foot headquarters is a design-build project and will bring all three of the union's disciplines under one roof. Englewood Construction will work alongside Lemont-based architectural firm BVM Associates to retrofit the site's existing building.

• BVM and Englewood Construction Complete Batavia, Illinois Project
  BVM in partnership with Englewood Construction, Inc. has completed a Design / Build project in Batavia, IL. The partnership has completed the design and construction of a two story office building, truck service facility and storage yard for Veolia Environmental Services. This project was one of numerous projects that BVM and Englewood has completed on a Design / Build basis.

  BVM has completed the Design and Working Drawings for (2) Multi-tenant medical offices in Hinsdale, IL. Both projects have broken ground and will continue to be built throughout the winter months.
